Responsibilities- Oversee the delivery of resident care, ensuring that residents receive timely and effective care.
- Supervise and mentor licensed nursing staff, medication technicians, and caregivers, providing training and education on an ongoing basis.
- Manage the continuity and consistency of medication training, pharmacy management, and medication supervision and/or administration.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Current LPN or LVN license.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a senior living or healthcare setting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
