Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality member service and support to all members and staff of the credit union
  • Answer member questions and provide information on credit union products and services
  • Process member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
  • Build member relationships by recognizing their financial needs and meeting those needs with the appropriate credit union product or service
  • Maintain accurate records and balance cash drawers
  • Participate in security procedures and ensure the confidentiality of member information
  • Assist with member account discrepancies and escalate issues as necessary
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide accurate and timely service to members
  • Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash and processing transactions
  • Ability to work with minimal direction and exercise sound judgment
  • Proficiency with related computer applications and database software
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships as a cohesive team
Working Conditions

This role is a regular full-time position, Monday through Friday from 8:30am - 5:30pm, plus 3 out of 4 Saturdays from 9:00am - Noon. The pay range for this hourly position is $23.40 with a monthly incentive opportunity and a progressive benefits package.
