We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to contribute to our Project Management department. The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of experience in Mechanical Project Management or a related field. We value individuals who are personable, energetic, and demonstrate strong leadership and commitment to project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and directing intricate mechanical projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.
  • Implementing and monitoring site safety protocols, including site-specific safety plans and audits.
  • Collaborating with the Design and Engineering Team to create and update project drawings and establish comprehensive build plans.
  • Ensuring compliance with project specifications and managing the installation of materials according to approved submittals.
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to fellow Project Managers within the team.
  • Coordinating with subcontractors by defining their roles, managing contracts, and overseeing their schedules.
  • Developing detailed project timelines for all contracted scopes of work.
  • Managing project budgets and financial forecasting throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders including clients, general contractors, and vendors.
  • Facilitating effective communication among field personnel, fabrication teams, and safety departments.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management within Mechanical Construction (HVAC, Piping, and Plumbing).
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience in the Mechanical sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC and Piping Systems, construction details, and relevant industry standards.
  • Proficiency in construction management software (Microsoft Office Suite, ProCore, BlueBeam, P6 preferred; Viewpoint and Autodesk are a plus).
  • Self-driven with exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • A strong commitment to achieving long-term goals.
  • Confidence in problem-solving and a commitment to continuous learning.
