Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and highly organized Guest Service Agent to join our team at Drury Hotels. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling front desk operations, and promoting company programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide warm and friendly guest service to our diverse team members and guests

Ensure exceptional guest experiences by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service

Perform front desk related functions, including checking guests in and out, promoting company programs, maintaining guest records, and handling cash transactions

Assist with breakfast and 5:30 p.m. Kickback service, including food preparation, setup, and clean-up

Present and maintain a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture to customers and co-workers

Requirements:

Warm and friendly manner in relating to and interacting with the public

Demonstrated attention to detail while handling multiple tasks simultaneously

Familiarity with handling money, making change, and using office machines in day-to-day activities

Ability to speak and receive direction (written and verbal direction) in English

Willingness and ability to work alone as scheduled
