Regional Brand Ambassador

Overview:

As a Brand Ambassador at New Riff Distilling, you will be responsible for representing the company and promoting New Riff products to customers and the community. You will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness, driving sales, and creating memorable experiences for our customers.

Educate customers about New Riff Distilling's products, including our range of spirits, special releases, and brand story.

Sales Support:

Collaborate with the sales team to promote product sales, meet sales targets, and track customer feedback and preferences.

Brand Representation:

Represent New Riff Distilling professionally and uphold brand values and standards at all times.

Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights and support marketing strategies.

KPI's:

Meet monthly Key Performance Indicator goals to include (but not limited to): key account visits, securing new points of distribution, securing new menu placements, conducting account staff trainings, executing retail merchandising and planning and executing events.

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or brand promotion is preferred but not required.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
