We are seeking a Store Manager who will play a crucial role in driving the success of our franchise by leading a team to uphold the Buff City Experience for our customers.
The Store Manager will exercise discretion in overseeing the daily operations of the makery. Key responsibilities include supervising and directing staff, making staffing decisions such as hiring and training, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high-quality client experience. This role also involves monitoring staff performance, addressing maintenance issues, ensuring cleanliness, and managing safety protocols within the makery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coaching and developing team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Addressing customer concerns promptly and effectively.
- Setting a positive example and maintaining composure during busy periods.
- Promoting a customer-first mentality and holding team members accountable for service quality.

- Planning and delegating tasks to ensure efficient operations.
- Managing inventory of raw materials and finished products.
- Ensuring the store meets cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
- Overseeing production, maintenance, and organization of the makery.
- Maintaining appropriate staffing levels to support employee development and operational needs.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws for all team members.
- Utilizing operational tools to achieve excellence in store management.
- Analyzing financial reports to identify trends and improve performance.
- Conducting regular performance evaluations and setting goals for sales improvement.
- Managing ongoing sales initiatives.
- Working a standard 5-day workweek, totaling a minimum of 40 hours.
- Flexibility to work various shifts based on business needs.
- Reliable transportation for necessary banking tasks.
Qualifications:
- Preferred college education, though not mandatory.
- Experience in management or sales is essential.
- Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong understanding of customer service techniques and operational practices.
