Key Responsibilities:
Mentor and exemplify customer-focused selling techniques to boost sales and create an inviting shopping atmosphere for all customers. Uphold the highest standards of courtesy and respect in all customer interactions. Relay specific store requirements, market variations, and merchandising opportunities. Cultivate partnerships with Central, Merchant, and Support teams to enhance business performance. Guide the team on operational excellence, including merchandising, store layout, logistics, visual standards, and inventory management. Exhibit comprehensive product knowledge across all categories, implementing merchandising strategies to drive business growth.Required Qualifications:
Candidates with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field are encouraged to apply. 3-5 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills, capable of presenting information effectively in both individual and small group settings. Proven ability to plan and execute strategic initiatives. Competence in managing workflow to prioritize tasks effectively. Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.Physical Demands:
Role involves extended periods of walking, standing, and engaging with customers. Frequent use of technology, including computers and handheld devices, to perform job duties. Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25lbs.
