A rapidly expanding, innovative food production firm is in search of a full-time, skilled accounting professional to manage the company’s financial records and input data into the organization’s accounting software.

The ideal candidate should possess accounting experience, strong verbal and written communication abilities, and the capacity to handle all responsibilities with professional discretion. Additionally, well-developed organizational skills and the ability to maintain courteous and professional communication through various channels are essential. This position requires on-site attendance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain both physical and digital files and records.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Meet deadlines consistently.
  • Communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
  • Exhibit excellent data entry capabilities.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events, both on-site and off-site.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with care.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Applicants must reside within a specified distance from the workplace.

Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this role, the employee is frequently required to sit and utilize a computer or phone. Occasionally, the employee may need to lift and/or move items weighing up to twenty-five (25) pounds.

Work Environment: The characteristics of the work environment described here are typical of those encountered while performing the essential functions of this position.

Compensation: $25.00/hour or higher, based on experience.
