Lead Business Development and Client Growth

TRUPIANO-KETRON is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to lead business development and client growth initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, expand our client base, and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase retention and revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach.
  • Supervise and train a team of professionals to ensure effective execution of business development strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure success and inform future strategies.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and experience with sales and business development.
Licensing and Requirements:
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation.
