Lead Business Development and Sales Efforts

TRUPIANO-KETRON is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. As a leader in our industry, we have a proven track record of success and are looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service existing client base and develop relationships to add new clients through referrals and leads.
  • Research new business opportunities and identify potential sales growth areas.
  • Supervise team activity and results, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
  • Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems and processes.
  • Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track daily field activity and provide regular reporting.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team growth and success.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Sales or customer service experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, with a desire to be active in the community.
  • Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation.
