Quality Assurance and Control Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance and Control Manager to join our team at MN International Enterprises LLC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in all aspects of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the QA/QC process to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to minimize defects and ensure timely project completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality control issues.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Provide training and guidance to site staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain quality control documentation and reports.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of direct QA/QC experience in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of improving quality control processes and reducing defects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address quality control issues.
  • Proficiency in Timberline (Sage 300 for Construction and Real Estate) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
