Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Aerial Telecom Specialist to join our team at MasTec Communications Group. As an Aerial Telecom Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting overhead construction and repair of RF and fiber service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Climb poles or use a bucket truck to perform installation, relocation, and maintenance of aerial plants
  • Read and understand schematics and construction prints
  • Troubleshoot problems as they arise in the field

Requirements

  • Safety is a top priority

  • Ability to figure out complex problems and enjoy a hands-on approach
  • Long-term project commitment
  • Team player with a willingness to get hands dirty
  • Extensive knowledge of equipment needed for aerial work
  • Comfortable working in a bucket truck and climbing poles
