Position Overview:

Are you seeking a role that allows you to contribute to Department of Defense (DoD) initiatives by facilitating acquisition objectives that enable the creation and deployment of essential capabilities? As a Senior Acquisition Program Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our defense partners in their missions, ensuring they have the necessary resources for optimal operational effectiveness. Your expertise will serve as a crucial link between our clients and government entities.

Your Impact:

This position offers a unique chance to influence the defense acquisition and contracting landscape. In your role, you will be responsible for drafting comprehensive Request for Proposal (RFP) packages, which include defining requirements, crafting Statements of Objectives, and developing Statements of Work. You will manage procurement request documentation and ensure the secure handling of sensitive information. Your knowledge will guide project success by providing insights on all relevant statutory, regulatory, and policy changes. Building and nurturing relationships with external stakeholders will be essential as you facilitate meaningful acquisition support.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in DoD acquisition programs
  • Proven ability to produce clear, concise, and accurate documentation and presentations for senior leadership
  • Experience in developing or authoring Performance Work Statements (PWS) or Statements of Work (SOW)
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Navy acquisition Program Streamline Acquisition Plan (PSTRAP) preparation
  • Understanding of DoD 5000 series policies, procedures, and processes
  • Knowledge of the Adaptive Acquisition Framework (AAF)
  • Certification in Acquisition Professional Development Program
  • PMP Certification
Security Clearance:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
