The Cash Management Analyst role will facilitate a wide range of treasury functions with a primary emphasis on immediate liquidity and cash oversight, payment controls, currency exchange, and various treasury and banking services for ITW divisions and operational units across North America.

Ideal Candidate Profile
The successful applicant will demonstrate a robust analytical skill set, exceptional communication abilities, and a proactive approach to implementing treasury strategies throughout decentralized business units.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee commercial paper issuance, cash pooling activities, short-term cash investments, and trade finance initiatives; devise a weekly strategy for commercial paper issuance and execution.

2. Offer banking solutions and strategic advice to ITW divisions and operational units in North America.

3. Collaborate with cash operation and transaction teams from ITW's banking partners.

4. Assist in treasury-related corporate finance tasks, including forecasting interest expenses and income, financial reporting, ensuring compliance with covenants, monitoring foreign exchange rates, and analyzing bank fees.

5. Support the integration of treasury operations for acquired entities (M&A) and other special initiatives.

6. Manage bank account frameworks, oversee online banking platforms, and uphold essential payment controls.

7. Maintain internal controls and procedural documentation.
