Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and cultivate positive relationships.
  • Contribute effectively as a member of the on-site maintenance team.
  • Oversee daily service requests and ensure timely completion.
  • Conduct follow-up communications regarding service requests as needed.
  • Implement and maintain a preventive maintenance schedule.
  • Ensure the community's physical appearance is well-maintained.
  • Participate in after-hours emergency on-call rotations as scheduled.
  • Execute apartment turnover responsibilities.
  • Repair and replace household appliances as necessary.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain MSDS documentation.
  • Manage maintenance inventory effectively.
  • Keep the maintenance shop and storage areas organized and safe.
  • Maintain a lockout/tagout system for keys.
  • Document apartment maintenance history and manage lighting and snow logs.
  • Coordinate with contractors for snow removal and landscaping services.
  • Monitor and maintain HVAC systems.
  • Oversee pool maintenance as required.
  • Perform snow removal and other outdoor maintenance tasks.
  • Adapt to varying weather conditions while performing duties.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years of experience in residential maintenance.
  • Possession of a valid Boilers License is mandatory.
  • CPO certification is required.
  • Experience with apartment turnovers is essential.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass a background check is necessary.
