Hospice LPN Full Time Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Amedisys, a leading provider of home health, hospice, and high-acuity care. As a LPN, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients and their families by providing much-needed care in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities- Verify plan of care with the RN prior to each visit
- Teach patients and caregivers self-care techniques
- Review all medications and perform a medication reconciliation at each visit
- Prepare equipment and materials for treatments using the aseptic technique
