Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome guests as they arrive and bid them farewell upon departure.
  • Assist in seating guests in the dining area and facilitate a seamless transition to service staff.
  • Respond promptly to incoming calls and provide relevant information to guests.
  • Manage guest flow within the dining and bar areas, offering accurate wait times when necessary.
  • Engage guests with enjoyable food and beverage options.
  • Address special requests and needs of guests with care.
  • Adhere to brand standards in service delivery, food presentation, and overall guest experience.
Qualifications
  • Personable and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to read and understand menus.
  • Clear communication skills for greetings and farewells, as well as for understanding guest requests.
  • Effective communication with team members to relay guest needs.
  • Strong listening skills to respond to guest inquiries in a busy environment.
