Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain production equipment, adhering to standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with manufacturing leaders to establish, implement, and enhance standard work processes.
- Conduct training for operators on standard work and troubleshooting techniques, evaluating their effectiveness.
- Recommend changes to operating procedures to improve quality and efficiency.
- Participate in continuous improvement programs, including Lean Manufacturing, 5S, KATA, and Kaizen events.
- Troubleshoot machine/line stoppage, perform repairs, and facilitate the escalation process for additional technical support as needed.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities during machine downtime, partnering with operations, mechanics, and engineers as required.
- Monitor production quality and take action according to standard work/SOP.
- Complete necessary documentation, including batch records, log books, PM, and DM, following good documentation practices.
- High school diploma/GED required; Associate's or technical degree preferred.
- 5-8 years of related experience or completion of technical requirements and passing an assessment at an appropriate level.
- Applicable industry/professional certification preferred.
- Regular and predictable on-site attendance.
