Job Title: Marketing Communications/ Public Relations Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Communications/ Public Relations Specialist to join our dynamic team at the Hertrich Family of Automobile Dealerships. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing community relations, PR, and social media campaigns to promote our brand and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy to maximize the impact of company initiatives.
  • Facilitate branding of company mission and value awareness through consistent customer and employee engagement and interaction.
  • Tell the Hertrich story in a manner that enriches the organization and presents the business and its longevity to the community.
  • Contribute to a positive work atmosphere by embodying company values and leveraging relationships with customers, co-workers, and managers.
  • Assist in the development of promotional materials, including press releases, social media content, and event collateral.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing communications, public relations, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their role in marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and presentations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Basic graphic design skills, with experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
