Job Overview

DrSnip is seeking a highly skilled Content Marketing Specialist to lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing high-quality content that aligns with our brand's voice and resonates with our target audience. This role will play a crucial part in enhancing our online presence and supporting our mission to make vasectomy services simple, convenient, and accessible for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop, write, and edit compelling content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, website, email campaigns, and educational materials.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with the team to create a comprehensive content strategy that supports DrSnip's goals and objectives. This includes identifying key themes, topics, and distribution channels.
  • SEO and Analytics: Optimize content for search engines and track performance using analytics tools. Use data to inform and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow DrSnip's social media presence by creating engaging posts, responding to comments, and interacting with followers.
  • Brand Voice: Ensure all content aligns with DrSnip's brand voice, which is welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. Maintain consistency in messaging across all platforms.
  • Campaign Support: Execute marketing campaigns, including promotions and patient testimonials, to drive awareness and engagement.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and patient feedback to continuously improve content and strategies.
  • Website Management: Use WordPress to manage and update the DrSnip website, ensuring content is current, accurate, and optimized for performance.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in content marketing, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong portfolio of published work.
    • Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
    • Proficiency in social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics.
    • Familiarity with SEO best practices and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently, collaboratively and creatively.
