About the Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Representative to join our team at Northwestern Mutual - North Denver. As a Client Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their comprehensive financial needs and providing personalized guidance to help them achieve their financial protection and planning goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients to discuss their financial goals and objectives.
  • Assess clients' current financial situation and develop tailored strategies to help them achieve their goals.
  • Implement and manage clients' financial plans and insurance policies.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Possess uncapped earnings potential with a lucrative compensation structure including performance-based incentives.
