We're seeking a talented Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Client Success department, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their goals. Your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships with client executives, identifying opportunities for growth and providing tailored solutions to drive business success.
With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, you'll enable clients to maximize the value of our technology and ensure seamless onboarding and training. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our clients.

Responsibilities:- Build strong relationships with client executives, identifying opportunities for growth and providing tailored solutions to drive business success
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop strategic account plans
- Enable clients to maximize the value of our technology and ensure seamless onboarding and training
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- 3-4 years of post-live, client-facing customer success experience
- Experience leading monthly and quarterly business reviews with client executives
- Ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Competitive salary: $90,000 - $117,000 annually + bonus + equity + benefits
