Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Plymouth Court SNF, LLC. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Contribute to the care planning process by providing information and observations about residents' needs and preferences.
  • Assist with the training of new staff members and participate in ongoing education and professional development.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control procedures and safety protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues, promoting a positive and respectful atmosphere.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current Michigan Certified Nurse Aide Certification or completion of a Michigan-approved CNA training program and eligibility to test.
  • One year of experience in long-term care, hospice, or healthcare desired.
