Parking Enforcement Agent Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Parking Enforcement Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enforcing parking regulations and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor on-street parking meters and issue citations for vehicles in violation of parking ordinances.
  • Screen for parking placards and permits for special privileges within approved areas.
  • Resolve customer complaints in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and care for all company-issued equipment.
  • Assist with special assignments and projects as requested.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license with at least one year of licensed driving experience.
  • A clean driving record.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to work in the elements - heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 25 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods of time.
