Parking Enforcement Agent Job Description

At LAZ Parking, we're seeking a skilled Parking Enforcement Agent to join our team. As a key member of our parking enforcement team, you'll be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patrolling assigned parking areas to enforce parking regulations and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Issuing citations and warnings to vehicles in violation of parking rules, while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Monitoring parking meters and collecting fees in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and assistance to customers regarding parking policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining accurate records of citations issued and fees collected, while identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Reporting any suspicious or illegal activities to the appropriate authorities, ensuring a safe and secure environment for our customers and employees.
