We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead our Ground-Up Multifamily projects in the Athens area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Establish and maintain project plans, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Site Management: Coordinate and manage all site operations, including labor, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Quality Control: Enforce safety protocols and manage quality control programs to ensure exceptional results.
  • Communication: Foster positive relationships with owners, design consultants, and project managers.
  • Financial Management: Manage project costs, invoices, and financial reports.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve day-to-day field issues and provide solutions to ensure project success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in the Ground-Up Multifamily construction industry.
  • Proven track record of consistent work history and excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Construction Management principles and practices.
