Job Overview

Horizon LLC is seeking a skilled Plumbing Superintendent to oversee daily plumbing activities on our new construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will ensure that all plumbing systems are installed according to code and maintain quality and customer satisfaction throughout the construction process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain inventory of onsite materials.
  • Conduct daily site inspections to ensure accurate and code-compliant installations.
  • Oversee installation schedules by training and directing subcontractors.
  • Ensure daily cleanup of project debris by subcontractor teams.
  • Maintain and submit daily and weekly reporting records.
  • Interact with local governing bodies to obtain required inspections.
  • Coordinate and verify layouts and installations for slabs, rough-ins, top-outs, and trim.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in multifamily and/or commercial construction.
  • Proven ability to manage plumbing projects from start to finish, including overseeing underground plumbing, top-out, and trim-out processes.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing installation and ability to read and interpret construction plans.
  • Experience with Blue Beam and ProCore a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Plumbing License (Strongly Preferred)
