Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Assistant Nurse Manager to join our team in the Pulmonary and Renal services. This role will involve providing leadership and coordination of nursing staff, as well as ensuring that patients receive compassionate and competent care.
Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff on the pulmonary and renal units
- Coordinate patient care activities to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
- Mentor and develop nursing staff to improve their skills and performance
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the unit
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A current RN license in New York State
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a leadership or management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
This role offers a competitive salary range of $80,151 - $132,249, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as retirement savings options.
