Community Health Nursing Professional

As a Community Health Nursing Professional at Sea Mar Community Health Centers, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to diverse communities. Your primary focus will be on providing prenatal and postnatal support to women, including conducting home visits, educating clients on healthy habits, and connecting them with community resources. You will also participate in monthly provider meetings and attend Community First Steps meetings quarterly.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $34.63 - $39.72 per hour, depending on your level of experience.
