Job Description:
We are recruiting for a Full-time Registered Nurse to work in our Maternity Support Services (MSS) Program in Mount Vernon, WA. As a member of our MSS team, you will be responsible for triaging pre and postnatal needs of each client, scheduling visits with members of our team and non-Sea Mar providers if needed. You will also participate in monthly provider meetings and attend Community First Steps meetings quarterly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have an Associate degree or BSN in nursing, depending on your level of experience. You must also have a Washington State Registered Nurse License by the DOH and be able to obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR within 90 days of hire date. Experience in patient counseling and education, lactation consultation, and community health nursing is preferred. Additionally, bilingual skills in English/Spanish are highly valued.

Salary and Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary range of $34.63 - $39.72 per hour, depending on your level of experience. You will also receive excellent benefits, including medical, dental, vision, prescription coverage, life insurance, long-term disability, EAP, paid time-off starting at 24 days per year, and 10 paid holidays.
