About the Role:

We are seeking an Early Career Vehicle Hardware Engineer to join our team at Ford Motor Company. As a member of our Vehicle Hardware Engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative solutions for vehicle hardware systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop vehicle hardware systems, including exterior and interior components
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware systems with software and electrical systems
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and specifications for vehicle hardware systems
  • Contribute to the development of new technologies and innovations in vehicle hardware engineering

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field
  • 0-3 years of experience in vehicle hardware engineering or related field
  • Strong understanding of vehicle hardware systems and design principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
