About the Role:
We are seeking an Early Career Vehicle Hardware Engineer to join our team at Ford Motor Company. As a member of our Vehicle Hardware Engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative solutions for vehicle hardware systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop vehicle hardware systems, including exterior and interior components
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware systems with software and electrical systems
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and specifications for vehicle hardware systems
- Contribute to the development of new technologies and innovations in vehicle hardware engineering
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 0-3 years of experience in vehicle hardware engineering or related field
- Strong understanding of vehicle hardware systems and design principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
