Janitorial Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Specialist to join our team at Kellymoss Inc. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment for our employees and visitors.

• Assist other departments with organizing and maintaining cleanliness of their work areas, ensuring a clutter-free and efficient workspace.
• Maintain the cleaning supplies and maintenance supplies inventories at appropriate levels, ensuring we have the necessary resources to complete tasks effectively.
• Clean various building and work surfaces using appropriate methods and materials, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Service, clean, or supply restrooms, breakrooms, and other common areas, ensuring they are always clean and well-stocked.
• Gather, empty trash and replace liners, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
• Assist with additional work related to building maintenance, such as painting, light plumbing, changing filters, checking pest control devices, light landscaping, and light equipment maintenance, as needed.
• Provide support to other areas of the company, including the Race Team, Transportation, and Parts departments, as required.
• Report work status and special problems to your manager in a timely fashion, ensuring open communication and issue resolution.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers, coworkers, and other departments, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
