Job Summary

This role requires strong technical leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and make technical decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of mechanical systems for electronic warfare applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical systems with electronic and software components
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and test procedures
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members
  • Participate in design reviews and provide input on design decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in mechanical design and development, with a focus on electronic warfare applications
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, including thermal and structural analysis
  • Experience with CAD software, including Creo and SolidWorks
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Experience with electronics packaging design and development
  • Knowledge of RF systems and antenna design
  • Experience with project management and Earned Value Management (EVM)
