Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and control the cost of every aspect of our manufacturing process.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability.

  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in cost accounting / in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and GAAP.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with minimal direction.
  • Knowledge of plant cost control, Bill of Materials, and other manufacturing accounting aspects.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, even under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
