The Marketing Data Associate plays a pivotal role in supporting the Mercy Ships Marketing Strategy by compiling, reviewing, and modifying donor data information for mail, email, and other marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process daily reports and update donor records accurately.
- Implement donor assignments using multifaceted Assignment Business Plan.
- Compile and disseminate weekly and monthly reports according to established processes.
- Conduct research and provide reports and data analytics to Development Managers.
- Update donor database accurately with demographic data, mailing preferences, codes, contacts, and additional information.
- Participate in Marketing Data Team process improvement initiatives.
- Support Marketing Data Manager and other team members in data-related tasks.
- Participate in all Marketing Data Team quality control efforts.
Requirements:
- Ability to learn new processes and applications.
- Good critical thinking skills and analytical aptitude.
- Proficiency in managing multiple processes and tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational and time management skills.
