Job Title: Accounting Manager

Location: Lindale, TX

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our client's finance team. As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, and payroll processing. If you have a strong background in accounting, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for accuracy, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual data entry into the Point of Rental system
  • Conduct end-of-month closeouts and reconcile accounts
  • Process payroll for 17 personnel, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Manage accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R)
  • Prepare and submit sales tax reports
  • Generate quarterly financial reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes
  • Provide guidance to junior accounting staff

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (desktop version)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office 365
  • Familiarity with Point of Rental system is a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
