Job Overview:

We are in search of a proactive and seasoned Bilingual Corporate Trainer who is proficient in both English and Spanish to become a part of our team. The ideal candidate should possess at least three (3) years of relevant experience in crafting, developing, and executing impactful training programs across both corporate and industrial landscapes. This role necessitates a thorough comprehension of HR protocols, leadership enhancement, diversity and inclusion initiatives, harassment prevention strategies, interviewing techniques, and soft skills training, which includes customer service, phone etiquette, team collaboration, and leadership workshops.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Program Design: Create and develop all-encompassing training programs tailored to corporate and industrial settings, emphasizing HR policies, leadership, diversity and inclusion, harassment prevention, and essential soft skills.
  • Training Facilitation: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions in both English and Spanish, ensuring that all participants acquire the necessary skills and knowledge. Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions as required.
  • Leadership Development: Lead workshops and training sessions that concentrate on leadership growth and team-building exercises, promoting a collaborative and inclusive workplace.
  • Utilization of Training Tools: Employ software such as Articulate, Rise, Storyline, and/or Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) to develop visually appealing and effective training materials.
  • Advanced Technical Skills: Utilize advanced proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook to create, manage, and deliver training content efficiently.
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, ensuring that all training materials and sessions are accessible to a diverse audience.
  • Evaluation and Feedback: Develop assessment tools to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide constructive feedback to participants for ongoing improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of recent experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs in corporate and industrial environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in delivering training on HR policies, leadership, diversity, harassment prevention, interviewing, and essential soft skills such as customer service and phone etiquette.
  • Proficiency in utilizing training software such as Articulate, Rise, Storyline, and/or Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with the capability to read, write, and speak at an advanced level in a business context.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality training.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in both in-person and virtual training delivery.
  • Certification in Training and Development, HR, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with eLearning platforms and learning management systems (LMS).
