The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three (3) years of recent experience in designing, developing, and delivering effective training programs in both corporate and industrial settings. This role requires a deep understanding of HR policies, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, harassment prevention, interviewing techniques, and soft skills training, including customer service, phone etiquette, team building, and leadership workshops. Key Responsibilities: Training Program Development: Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to corporate and industrial environments, focusing on HR policies, leadership, diversity and inclusion, harassment prevention, and soft skills. Training Delivery: Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions in both English and Spanish, ensuring all participants gain the necessary skills and knowledge. Conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions as needed. Leadership and Team Building: Lead workshops and training sessions that focus on leadership development and team-building activities, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Use of Training Software: Utilize programs such as Articulate, Rise, Storyline, and/or Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) to create visually appealing and effective training materials. Advanced Computer Skills: Leverage advanced proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook to create, manage, and deliver training content effectively. Bilingual Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively in both English and Spanish, ensuring that all training materials and sessions are accessible to a diverse audience. Assessment and Feedback: Develop assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs and provide constructive feedback to participants for continuous improvement. Qualifications: Minimum of three (3) years of recent experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs in corporate and industrial settings. Proven expertise in delivering training on HR policies, leadership, diversity, harassment prevention, interviewing, and soft skills such as customer service and phone etiquette.
