We offer a competitive salary of $18 per hour, paid biweekly. This position requires a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license and six months of patient care experience in hospice, home health, ICU, geriatric, or oncology. Experience working with hospital Staff RN, Med Surg, PACU, Float pool, ER or emergency room, critical care, acute care, cardiac, geriatric, admissions, wound care, telemetry, nursing home or travel is highly valued.

In this role, you will provide high-quality care to patients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities, managing medications, and promoting independence. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop individualized plans of care that meet the unique needs of each patient. Your compassion, empathy, and excellent communication skills will make a significant difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
