Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Certified Nurse Midwife to join our team at Granville Health System in Oxford, NC. As a Maternal Care Specialist, you will provide obstetric care from the new obstetric visit throughout pregnancy and beyond, ensuring a safe and positive childbirth experience for our patients.
Responsibilities
This role involves providing comprehensive care and support to low-risk laboring patients, performing FHR assessments, NST interpretations, and cervical exams for labor assessment. You will also be responsible for managing gynecological patients for routine care and treatment of common gynecological problems, including all methods of family planning, routine well-woman exams, and screening and treatment for sexually transmitted infections.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess a Master's degree in Nursing (MS/MSN) and active and unrestricted state registered nurse (RN) license. Additionally, you should hold CPR and NALS Certification, as well as a current unrestricted DEA License or be able to obtain one. Prior experience as a CNM is preferred, particularly in labor and delivery settings.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
