Job Opportunity

Taylor Management Company is seeking a skilled Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of a high-rise community in Philadelphia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the community's daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners and the board of directors, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and meeting agendas to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with governing documents and high standards of safety and aesthetics.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the community to identify areas for improvement and ensure a welcoming environment.
  • Organize and participate in community events and meetings to foster strong relationships with residents and vendors.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in community association management.
  • Strong knowledge of HOA rules and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
  • CMCA or other relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
