Community Manager

Taylor Management Company is seeking a skilled Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of a high-rise community in Philadelphia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the community's daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners and the board of directors, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and meeting agendas to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with governing documents and high standards of safety and aesthetics.
- Conduct regular inspections of the community to identify areas for improvement and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Organize and participate in community events and meetings to foster strong relationships with residents and vendors.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in community association management.
- Strong knowledge of HOA rules and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- CMCA or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
