  • **Sanitation and Compliance:**
    • Manage and maintain mandated sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • **Productivity and Performance:**
    • Ensure proper work methods are followed to maximize productivity and performance.
  • **Order Accuracy:**
    • Monitor and meet all order accuracy requirements to maintain a Customer 1st strategy.
  • **Leadership and Development:**
    • Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties, complete performance reviews, and provide feedback to direct reports.

**Requirements:**

  • **Experience:**
    • 3-7 years of supervision experience in distribution.
  • **Education:**
    • Minimum Associate Degree.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • 2-3 years of supervision experience in distribution.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a proven ability to manage staffing needs, training, evaluation, development, and use collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals.
  • Leadership skills that promote behavior that values respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and the safety of others.
