Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and patient-driven hearing aid dispenser and dispensing audiologist to join our team at Lucid Hearing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible hearing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough hearing tests and provide accurate diagnoses
  • Dispense and fit hearing aids to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Provide ongoing support and education to clients to ensure optimal hearing outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with our sales team to meet sales goals and objectives
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and hearing test results

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a hearing aid dispenser and audiologist
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MedRx A2D Audiometer, Video Otoscope, REM, and Speech Mapping
  • At least one year of experience in a sales setting
