Job Overview

This remote-based position will report directly to the Vice President, Operations and oversee a management team of over 30 salaried managers. The ideal candidate will reside on the East Coast, preferably in the mid-Atlantic region.

The Regional Manager will be responsible for maintaining an excellent client relationship and ensuring high customer service standards with DECA (Defense Commissary Agency) Deli Bakery Operations. Key duties include:

  • Developing business plans and budgets with General Managers
  • Managing teams to achieve Sodexo objectives
  • Ensuring product and service quality through delivery excellence
  • Promoting workplace diversity initiatives and creating a positive work environment

A successful Regional Manager will have strong employee engagement leadership skills, previous leadership experience, and the ability to work collaboratively. Relevant experience in Grocery Retail and/or Deli Bakery management is essential.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $120,000, partially determined by education level or years of relevant experience. Sodexo offers a comprehensive benefits package including:

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
7+ years of Basic Management Experience and 7+ years of Basic Functional Experience
