At Liberty Heights, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medication Supervisor to join our team. As a Medication Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by supervising the self-administered medication of all residents living in our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the self-administered medication of all residents, adhering to Senior Lifestyle company guidelines and state and federal regulations.
- Report changes in residents' health to the appropriate staff member and provide proper documentation as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of residents' information.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience in skilled nursing, memory care, or assisted living.
- Availability to work weekend evening and night shifts.
- State-specific training or certification may be required, depending on location.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A professional and positive demeanor.
