Job Title: Chef Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef Manager to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our food service operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cafe at the Northampton County Government Center in Easton, Pennsylvania.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee food production and ensure high-quality food service
  • Cook daily following recipe standards and supervise one other employee
  • Develop and maintain client and customer relationships
  • Create a positive environment and ensure Sodexo Standards are met

Requirements:

  • Culinary knowledge and experience
  • Strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility
  • Proficient in computer skills and knowledge of IDDSI dietary program

Qualifications & Requirements:
