Advanced Model-Based Systems Engineer (MBSE) with Secret Clearance
CFD Research Corp. is in search of a proficient Model-Based Systems Engineer (MBSE) holding an active Secret clearance. The successful candidate will engage in the development of models and simulations aimed at fulfilling complex system analysis requirements. Candidates should demonstrate expertise in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and possess SysML diagramming capabilities, along with the ability to operate autonomously and communicate effectively.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Systems Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Expertise in Cameo and Systems Modeling Language (SysML), including Use Cases, State Machines, and Sequence Diagrams
- Experience with SysML diagramming tools
- Understanding of the SOSA Technical Standard
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for security clearance
Desirable Qualifications:
- Current DoD Secret clearance with the potential to obtain TS/SCI
- Familiarity with Teamwork Cloud, software/model repository environments, ASCIIDoc, GitLab, and JIRA
- Knowledge of various standards such as GARA, OMS/UCI, Big Iron, COARPs, and R-EGI
