Chronic Pain Care Navigator

Pro Spine and Pain is seeking a highly skilled Chronic Pain Care Navigator to join our team. This role plays a vital part in helping patients with chronic pain maximize their quality of life.
As a Chronic Pain Care Navigator, you will work as a member of a multidisciplinary team to provide excellent patient care. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assessing patient condition
- Prioritizing patient needs
- Coordinating patient care
- Maintaining accurate records
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
To be successful in this role, you should have strong organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to work well under pressure. You should also be able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain confidentiality when necessary.
In addition to your clinical skills, you should possess excellent customer service skills, be able to work independently, and be comfortable using electronic medical records (EMRs) and other technology. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple priorities simultaneously would be an asset.
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
