Responsibilities include greeting and recognizing each guest consistently, upholding the high standards established by Caesars Entertainment, and demonstrating thorough product knowledge to ensure a seamless service experience.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Warmly greet and acknowledge every guest with a friendly demeanor.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu offerings to provide informed suggestions and answer inquiries.
- Efficiently process transactions using the POS system while adhering to cash handling protocols.
- Ensure cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, floors, and trash receptacles, at all times.
- Deliver food to guests while adhering to established service behavior standards.
- Conduct regular table visits to ensure guests have all necessary items (refills, condiments, etc.) and that their experience is outstanding.
- Promote a safe working environment by following the procedures outlined by Caesars Entertainment.
- Demonstrate understanding of safety data sheets (MSDS).
- Answer phone calls with excellent telephone etiquette, communicating clearly with guests, colleagues, and supervisors.
- Adapt to varying business levels and respond to both visual and verbal directions.
- Exhibit teamwork and flexibility by assisting in other areas as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Health Card and Alcohol Awareness certification if over 21 years of age.

PHYSICAL & MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to use tools and equipment effectively.
- Work in varying light conditions and temperatures.
- Stand for extended periods and walk throughout the shift.
- Navigate confined spaces and manage stairs.
- Maintain guest contact and perform tasks requiring physical dexterity.
- Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 30 pounds as necessary.
