Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Audit Compliance Manager to join our team at Cardinal Health. This role is responsible for overseeing the internal audit and supplier audit programs, as well as audit compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and processes to ensure products and services comply with regulatory standards and specifications.
  • Provide strategic oversight, leadership, and direction to direct reports within the Quality function.
  • Manage, develop, train, and guide direct reports and extended quality staff to achieve quality goals and maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Lead actions for internal and supplier audits and manage findings responses to ensure actions are taken in a timely manner.
  • Report KPI metrics to stakeholders across GMPD.
  • Identify trends and make decisions that affect compliance within the organization.
Requirements
  • 8-12 years of experience, preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
  • Experience as a Lead Auditor in the medical device industry highly preferred.
  • FDA experience highly preferred.
  • Influential communicator.
  • Ability and willingness to travel 30% as needed.
